- To create a product that would engage and inspire audiences with very different interests and levels of technical knowledge while also showcasing Atos' expertise and progressive vision for digital technology.
- To ‘cut through' among the many competing attractions at the Olympic Games - especially for media.
Editorial Response
- Identifying a strong and relevant theme - ‘Sport and Technology in 2020' - introduced an exciting, futuristic angle to the subject and helped to pull the whole piece together, enabling a multi-paced and multi-faceted editorial approach catering to all audience sectors.
- The format choice, of a contemporary journalistic magazine, was designed to maximise accessibility and engagement, and to reflect brand values with strong use of type, illustration and infographics.
- As a first ever magazine for Atos, ‘Ascent' reflected and enhanced existing brand work as well as providing a template for future work.
Results
- Already reprinted for use in other Atos markets.
