BA's new internal campaign aims to remind colleagues how good they are at customer service and to reward them for outstanding work. We have already worked on a number of dynamic projects. For one brief, which was aimed at sending critical messages to employees, we created eyecatching visuals for the key staff areas across all BA sites. In a company rich with initiatives, it's an exciting challenge to ensure that everything we create resonates with colleagues.
Another project was a brand engagement film for all British Airways staff that was designed to showcase how every one of them contributes, both in the air and on the ground, to great customer care. This project has immersed us in the brand and shown us how passionate staff are about the company.
We have also completed the first phase of an internal microsite that allows staff to share inspiring pictures and stories about great customer service.
BA is a sponsor of the London 2012 Olympics, so we expect many more exciting internal communications projects in the run-up to the Games.
