Published quarterly, each issue includes commentary on the issues facing the business travel industry. Alongside, case studies highlight clients' successful use of CWT services, demonstrating the company's mandate to provide cost-effective, secure and managed business travel.
Mailed to 6,000 clients, connect magazine has increased in both frequency of publication (from three to four issues, per annum) and readership, with additional copies requested by colleagues of recipients. At one event, use of the magazine as a media opportunity generated leads of £140m in travel spend. Each issue, the magazine generates significant advertising spend from travel suppliers who wish to reach CWT's high quality, targeted audience.
