The core objective for the Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) is the creation of a suite of communications to help the charity engage more effectively with its three core audience demographics: its supporters, volunteers and the Sea Cadets themselves.
To create communications which collectively ensure that the MSSC communicates informative and engaging content as effectively as possible to their specific and valued demographic audiences to strengthen brand engagement and loyalty.
We created a truly integrated print and digital communications suite for the MSSC which incorporates Current, an engaging and interactive digital magazine for the Sea Cadets; Seafarer News, a print magazine for the organisation's supporters and Fleet, a newspaper format communication platform for its volunteers.
We also produce the MSSC's Annual Review, focussing on informing the readership about the key areas of the charity's work during the last 12 months and the charity's plans for the year ahead.
Collectively, these communications ensure that the MSSC communicates informative and engaging content as effectively as possible to their specific and valued demographic audiences to strengthen brand engagement and loyalty.
Following the initial launch of the communication channels, the MSSC has increased the print run for Fleet, the volunteers' magazine, by 40%. Current, the digital magazine for Sea Cadets, is to be further enhanced to allow communication accessibility and sharing via mobile devices.
