The Content Marketing Association (CMA), the industry body for the content marketing industry, has announced a record number of members joining the association this month. This follows the move to broaden its membership policy – opening up to media agencies in late 2013, media owners in June 2014 and brands in September 2014. Read more »
Sainsbury's Magazine, the UK's widest-read paid-for women's monthly magazine with more than 4 million readers*, is to become the first food magazine in the country to launch a handbag-sized version. Read more »
So far sales of iPad magazines (editorial apps for the device which ape magazine use in that users flick between pages) have been a tad disappointing. The most high profile iPad mag to date, GQ, has sold less than 500 copies which falls a long way short of its publisher Conde Nast's vision of reinventing the online magazine.
