Spoon to become one of Sweden's biggest content agencies with its acquisition of Tidningskompaniet.
Content agency Spoon has bought 100 percent of the shares in Tidningskompaniet. With the acquisition Spoon, which is owned by Bonnier, will be one of Sweden's biggest communications agencies, with 120 employees and SEK 200 million in turnover. Read more »
