August recommissioned to work with the Artichoke Trust for LUMIERE 2013

August has been appointed to work on creative producer Artichoke's LUMIERE festivals. This year the event will form the finale of Derry-Londonderry's City of Culture programme and will also return to Durham for the third time.  Read more »

Mag+ challenges iOS developers to 'unleash the content' with $20k in app contest prizes

On 22 Jan digital publishing platform provider Mag+ invited iOS developers to crack open its code and build new Mag+ reader apps.  The "Unleash the Content, Build Your Dream App," contest makes available Mag+'s new iOS App Software Development Kit (SDK) to developers worldwide on a non-commercial license to allow them to re-imagine the platform's reader app. More than  $20,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded to three innovative apps built with the SDK. Registration for the contest opens today, and the development window for the contest runs from Feb. 8 to Feb. 22 at midnight EST. Read more »

AAR Business Development Apprenticeship course - discount to CMA members

The AAR are running  a six week  course for people that are new to agency new business. The course is designed to help bring the next generation of new business folk in agencies up to speed.

Members of the CMA are able to sign up at a discounted rate of £1,000 for each attendee (normal rate for non-AAR subscribers is £1,250). Read more »
