APA International Customer Publishing Awards open for entry.

APA Awards The APA (Association of Publishing Agencies) has announced that its annual International Customer Publishing Awards are now open for entry.  The awards are open to both members and non-members of the APA globally.

The awards, comprising 27 categories, recognise innovation and creativity in editorialised branded content.

Winners will be announced at the glittering awards ceremony on 24th November 2010, at Old Billingsgate.  The ceremony will follow the inaugural APA conference, Content Summit 2010.  The Summit, entitled ‘The Power and Future of Content', will be the world's first conference focused on branded editorial content and takes the form of a one-day event, gathering some of the world's leading experts in digital and print to define and discuss the revolutionary concept of ‘Content'.  Confirmed speakers to date include David Seers (COI), Ben Hammersley (Wired Magazine) and Susan Aubrey-Cound (M&S).

Julia Hutchison, COO, APA comments: "It's fantastic to bring back our International Awards for a second year after such a hugely positive reception to them last year.  With a larger number of categories than ever before, we are expecting the variety and standard of entries to exceed even that which we saw last year.  Having spent the day learning from industry leaders, the ceremony will provide the perfect opportunity to celebrate the creativity and innovation constantly exhibited in the branded content industry."
