Published by Cedar for Nikon, the design features clearer sectioning and navigation to showcase the latest news, work and advice from inside the photography industry.
"Nikon Pro reflects the strong relationship Nikon has with their professional photographers and this issue is no exception," says editor Laurence Akers. "With more images being taken than ever before, this new design works even harder to guide the reader through such a fast-developing world."
The new issue homes in on Iceland's amazing photographic opportunities, as well as featuring insights from Eric Forey on new angles in architectural photography and three NOOR photographers discussing the agency's project on life in Brazil. The issue also shows off the new D600 camera and the AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/4G ED VR lens, while also looking at the small but mighty P7700 compact camera and the social savvy Coolpix S800c.
Nikon Pro is produced in five languages and is delivered to 30,000 registered photography professionals across Europe. It is also available to amateurs and enthusiasts via subscription, while the iPad version, which was shortlisted for Best Mobile Content Solution at the CMA awards last week, is now available from the App Store.
"The iPad magazine really builds up the content with additional interviews, direct weblinks and videos," says Laurence. "Across digital and print, the content all works to position the Nikon brand as the name professionals trust."
