Mark Brill, Managing Partner UK, BrandEmotivity
Mark will be showcasing the Hiscox Informed app, a social magazine for small businesses that's distributed via iPad, iPhone and Android tablets. The app draws on carefully selected sources to curate content that's relevant to the audience, and uses social connections to enable higher engagement and sharing. Mark will discuss how brands can be the starting point for this kind of curation, and how the new rules of openness and sharing allow users to customize their content experience and make it their own.
Kirsty Hunter, Managing Director, The Project Factory
The Project Factory creates transmedia content across web, mobile, social media and games platforms. Kirsty will be talking about innovative ways to use content in digital contexts, including insights gained from promoting Ken Loach's The Spirit of '45 for Film4 and the BFI, using a unique digital marketing campaign; branded TV, web and social content for BlackBerry; and managing social media for Carnival Films' multi-award winning Downton Abbey.
