About
At the end of another year full of exciting developments in digital media, we take a pause for breath and look at what's coming in the year ahead.

Our panel of experts will highlight the key trends and developments affecting consumer and business behaviour in 2013, and the main factors that brands, publishers and content marketers should focus on to maximise opportunities, including thoughts on the further evolution of mobile and tablets, social media, and the growing convergence between online and offline marketing and communications.

Speakers 

  • Ciaran Rogers, Producer and co-host of the Digital Marketing Podcast for Target Internetand leading digital marketer. Ciaran has been practicing and developing digital marketing techniques and strategies for the last 16 years. Ciaran has produced a number of podcasts, including the highly successful Digital Marketing Podcast, a worldwide top ten business podcast in iTunes which he produces and co-hosts for Target Internet.

  • Dave Chaffey, CEO and co-founder of Smart Insights and author of numerous books on digital marketing. Dave was recognised by the CIM, in 2004, as one of 50 marketing ‘gurus' worldwide who have shaped the future of Marketing. In 2010 he was elected an Honorary Life Fellow by The IDM in recognition of his work in educating marketers on best practice in digital marketing.

  • Neil Perkin, founder of Only Dead Fish and latterly Director of Marketing and Strategy at IPC Media. Neil is a regular keynote speaker across Europe on content strategy, emerging media, and social technologies, and he contributes regularly to New Media Age, BrandRepublic, FutureLab, Marketing Week, Mediatel and Canvas8 amongst others. He also curates the quarterly series of Firestarters thought leadership events on behalf of Google UK.
