Kids' money site up for top web award

A financial education website created by John Brown has been nominated for the Good Web Guide's 2013 website of the year. The Pocket Money teacher's site, produced for RBS/NatWest, was shortlisted in the 'Education' category. The site houses a range of innovative resources designed to teach 7 to 11-year-olds about money. John Brown worked with educational consultants to fulfil the client's brief of an engaging learning programme that teachers can deliver as part of the National Curriculum.

Winners will be announced in a ceremony at London's Royal Institution on 19 November. As well as awards handed out by a panel of judges, there is also a People's Choice award where the public can vote for their favourite website. Click here to vote, or have a look at the Pocket Money website here
