Last year’s inaugural conference, at the same venue, was a resounding success. Over 150 writers gathered to listen, learn and talk about the craft and commerce of copywriting.
This year’s the PCN have secured Ogilvy Group Vice-Chairman Rory Sutherland on copywriting and behavioural economics, leading social-media academic Jillian Ney on online influence and accomplished copywriter and 26 co-founder Tim Rich on brand storytelling.
Delegates can also choose one of four valuable breakout training sessions on tone of voice, psychology, writing headlines or setting rates as a freelance writer. ‘Last year’s conference was great, and this year’s will be even better,’ says Tom Albrighton, PCN co-founder. ‘We’ve created a programme that in-house, agency and freelance copywriters everywhere are guaranteed to enjoy – plus the chance to get out of the office and meet dozens of friendly and like-minded writers.’
