Seven appointed as global content marketing agency for Fujitsu

The UK's leading content marketing agency, Seven, has been appointed by Fujitsu to create a global thought leadership programme.

The global ICT business challenged pitching agencies to take its successful ‘I: Intelligence for the Global CIO' magazine and reinvent it for a digital audience, bringing Fujitsu's brand promise of ‘Shaping Tomorrow With You' to life through valuable thought leadership for a time-poor and demanding audience of global CIOs.

Seven proposed a responsively designed website, optimised for desktop, tablet and mobile, with highly shareable content being amplified through email and social media. Balancing editorial excellence, creative skills, and an optimised distribution strategy, Fujitsu's programme will demonstrate its unique credentials to the global ICT community.

Seven's CEO, Sean King said:

"Our strength is making brands real. And this was one of those wonderful pitches where the client had complete clarity of vision and our role was to help Fujitsu get there. And given our experience in editorially-driven digital content and B2B marketing, we were able to prove we were the right partner for them."

Fujitsu's Vice President Brand & Marketing Communications, Guy Daniels, said:

"We challenged ourselves to find the best exponent of multi-channel content marketing to take our highly successful ‘I: Intelligence for the Global CIO' magazine into a purely digital arena. Seven provided all the reassurance we needed to substantiate our brand promise to customers and stakeholders."
