With 63 content marketing agencies from five continents submitting 445 entries, the CMA Awards 2013 is already the biggest in the Awards' 15-year history. This sharp rise in entries submitted by an increasingly international range of agencies is an indication of the vast size of the global content marketing industry and the huge number of brands recognising its effectiveness.
- 2013 is the biggest year ever with over 445 entries (a 5% increase year-on-year, despite reducing the number of categories from 28 to 20).
- 63 agencies have submitted entries (a 23% increase year-on-year).
- Entries were received from across Europe and beyond, including countries such as Qatar and Singapore.
- Making the awards channel-neutral has resulted in a massive rise in integrated campaign submissions, including social media, apps, web, and mobile content.
